As I informed you all before Marion Cotillard and Joseph Gordon Levitt will be in the next Batman film: The Dark Knight Rises.
Whether they were officially part of the caped crusader’s next battle wasn’t clear but now they are officially on board. Because they have been confirmed, their roles have been revealed.
We heard rumours that maybe Levitt would be The Riddler and Marion would play a mob boss or a a big villain. We were wrong. The characters have been made up by Christopher Nolan and David Goyer.
Cotilliard will be playing Miranda Tate who works for Wayne Enterprises and tries to help Bruce Wayne deal with losing the love of his life Rachel Dawes.
We thought Levitt would be playing a bad ass mobster also but it appears that he will actually be playing the role of a cop. Commissioner Gordon gives Levitt’s character, John Blake, a specila assignment. No doubt linked to Batman in some way, shape or form.
We’ll just have to wait until July 20th 2012 to find out how these new creations work out.

Nina Dobrev (The Vampire Diaries) is the latest member to be cast in the film adaption of Stephen Chbosky’s ‘The Perks Of Being A Wallflower.’ She will play Candace, a main role in the film. Candace is a character that does not appear in the book, so we’ll have to wait and see what purpose her character serves when the film is released.
The popular story tells the story of an introvert freshman named Charlie who learns everything from drug use to suicide after being taken on the wings by step siblings Sam and Patrick.
Sam is being played by Emma Watson, her first role after the Harry Potter films come to an end on July 15th later this year. She has said she’s been working hard on perfecting her American accent.

Charlie, the lead role, will be played by Logan Lerman. Logan is currently one of the hottest young actors around at the moment as are Emma and Nina.

Apparently cult classic ‘The Crow’ is coming back to our screens once again.
Rumours circulating say that Juan Carlos Fresnadillo will be directing and that Bradley Cooper is currently in talks to play Eric Draven a.k.a ‘The Crow’, who looks like Gene Simmons and Edward Scissorhands had a love child.

The plot goes that Eric Draven is a rock musician and while celebrating with his wife they are attacked. They rape and kill Draven’s fianceé and he is badly beaten and finally thrown out of a window.
But this doesn’t keep him down for long. He is resurrected by some supernatural force and a crow guides him leading him to seek vengeance and get a group of other badasses together in the hopes that he will get his revenge and be reunited with his fianceé.
But is Cooper really a good idea to play this iconic role? Will fans be able to accept him as the new Crow?
In City of Bones vampires can get around on motorbikes that can fly, they run on demon energy. These are the very first drafts of what the production team for City of Bones plan to make the bikes look like.
Currently on Lily Collins has been cast as Clary Fray. Mortal Instruments fans have been waiting months now on Alex Pettyfer to finally make a decision on weather he will play Jace Wayland.
Lily Collins has read with Alex Pettyfer and she also thinks he would be perfect for the role as the bad boy shadow hunter.

Morgan Matthews,an award winning documentary maker, shot behind the scenes during the filming of Deathly Hallows. . “He went behind the scenes and had incredible access to talent and crew and has made a documentary that is not yet complete, which shows the challenges of making the film — the tolls it takes on actors and crew,” David tells us.
David Heyman and David Baron told MTV about the project and said that the documentary will air after Deathly Hallows Part 2 is released.
David Baron told MTV “It was a very well-documented production. We had a crew filming behind the scenes for the entire production, which is unheard of — and that’s been for all the films.”

Within 24 hours of meeting director Tarsem Singh she got the part.
Lily Collins will play Snow White and will star along side Julia Roberts, who will be the wicked Queen, and Armie Hammer who will play Prince Charming.

The plot is about Snow White’s revenge with the help of the 7 dwarves after her father dies.
Collins is not the only Snow White on the scene. Kristen Stewart is confirmed to play Snow White in Universal’s portrayal of Snow White and The Huntsman which is set to be sexy and full of suspense.

The evil Queen Ravenna wants Snow White dead and when the huntsman disobeys her orders he trains Snow White to take on the evil queen herself.
In talks to play the evil queen is Charlize Theron and Viggo Mortensen for the role of the huntsman.
This version of Snow White is due for release December 21st 2012.
We’ll just have to wait and see who really is the fairest of them both.

Alexandre Desplat wrote the score for part 1 and started working on the soundtrack for part 2 in February and says that due to the final films epicness the soundtrack “will be huge fireworks.”

Tim Burton has a lot on his plate these days and to add to that plate his next feature film will be Dark Shadows,a remake of a supernatural soap opera from the 60’s.
Already confirmed for the film is Michael Sheen,Johnny Depp,Eva Green, Michelle Pfeiffer and Jackie Earle Haley and now Chloe Grace Mortez has just signed on. This an amazingly strong cast and already i can’t wait to see this film. I’d go for the cast alone.
Dark Shadows is about a gothic-horror tale centering on the life of vampire Barnabas Collins and his run-ins with various monsters, witches, werewolves and ghosts.
So this could mean that Johnny Depp will be playing a vampire in this film. It hasn’t been confirmed yet but i’d put money on it.
The film goes into production later this month and is set for release in 2012.
James Cameron is bringing Titanic back in 3-D in the spring of 2012. It’s a clasic movie and extremely successful but it’s long and i’m not sure if audiences will sit through a good 3 hours just to see a few special effects.
